Mr. Dave Liebelt

P.E.

Mr. Dave Liebelt, P.E., has over 20 years of geotechnical engineering experience in the Albuquerque area and is a registered Civil Engineer in four states. Mr. Liebelt has been involved in over four thousand engineering and construction projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, and civil infrastructure. Mr. Liebelt has a hands-on approach to engineering and is more likely to be found on a job site than at a desk or conference table because “in order to solve a problem, you have to see the problem.”

Mr. Dane Tibbetts

Director of Operations

Mr. Dane Tibbetts, Director of Operations, has over ten years of experience managing operations. Mr. Tibbetts is the Radiation Safety Officer, oversees all field and laboratory aspects of our construction materials testing and inspections, and assists with geotechnical site investigations.

Mrs. Laura Adams,

Administrative Assistant

Mrs. Laura Adams, Administrative Assistant, is critical in increasing productivity and consolidating time-consuming administrative tasks. She effectively organizes and enters data for our projects, schedules calls for service, and maintains client communication. Mrs. Adams is highly personable and outgoing.

Mr. David Martinez,

Field & Scheduling Supervisor

Mr. David Martinez, Field & Scheduling Supervisor, has over ten years of experience performing construction inspections and materials testing. Mr. Martinez is currently in charge of scheduling materials for testing and is the field supervisor.
